Welcome to the Saraz’Inn, our cozy 3-bed, 1-bathroom Airbnb, located in Airport Heights is the perfect home away from home for your next vacation!

Just a few minutes from St.John’s Airport and 10 minutes from Downtown, this bright and cozy apartment with a farmhouse feel can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

No Pets. No third-party booking.

The space

The main level is open concept and boasts a master bedroom with a Queen bed, a built in desk between two closets, and blackout curtains covering the window, from where you can enjoy distant views of the ocean and watch planes and helicopters taking off and landing at St.John’s International Airport.

The living room has an electric fireplace and a 43” smart TV with cable (each guest can log into their own account for streaming services).

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, a peninsula with a breakfast bar and 2 stools, a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve & Carafe coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, as well as open shelves and cabinets with everything you need to cook and prepare your own meals.

The bathroom is located on the main floor. It has a shower bath combination, and is stocked with white fluffy towels, soap & shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a hair dryer.

There are retractable baby gates at the top and bottom of the staircase, and some extra child proofing items (electrical outlet protectors, cabinet locks & door knob covers) are available in the pantry if required.

Downstairs has a spacious family room with a sofa, a 55” Smart TV with cable, a desk, and a selection of board games, puzzles, toys, and more to keep everyone occupied. On that lower level you will also find a large second bedroom (with an above ground window) with 2 double beds (safety railings can be added to one of the beds), an armoire and blackout curtains. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer, an iron & ironing board, and laundry detergent.

We offer off-street parking for 1 vehicle.

Guest access

The entire apartment unit, which spreads on two levels, is accessible to the guests. The hosts live in the main unit, which is adjacent to the apartment. The backyard is not available to the guests and is for the host’s personal usage only. There is no outdoor space available for the guests at the moment, but there is a little playground down the street. The driveway is shared; the guest’s parking space is on the right-hand side. Please leave the 2 parking spaces to the left of the driveway free.

Other things to note

The apartment is located close to the airport, so typical aircraft activity/noise is to be expected from time to time.
